L’Alternativa and El Meu Primer Festival are teaming up once again to curate events at both festivals, two very special sessions for young children and two family events: Flipbook Garden family workshop and the Let's Make a Movie with Rodolfo Pastor workshop.

Magic has flourished in animation ever since the very first silent films. And animators the world over still use their craft to give their imagination free rein and let their fantasy run wild. Magic tricks, visual games and a heathy dash of creativity are the keys to this selection of short films from different times and places that are sure to amaze young and old alike.
The screening will be introduced by Mr Clapperboard, who will entertain the audience with his own live humour and magic in the style of the best cinema clowns.
Animated Poetry Session Ages 7 and up

A delicious collection of 13 three-minute films in which young French filmmakers let their imagination run wild as they animate a selection of poems by Jacques Prévert and Robert Desnos.
All these short films will be screened in French with Spanish subtitles.
