Chances de luz (Chances of Light)

Like a huntress, the director began capturing moments of light during blackouts in her hometown of Maracaibo, seeking out elusive chances in the half-light.

Valentina Alvarado Matos (Maracaibo, 1986) studied graphic arts at the University of Zulia and is currently completing a PhD in Fine Art at the University of Barcelona. Her work intertwines film, collage and ceramics. She lives and works in Barcelona.
