Entre dos aguas (Between Two Waters)
Isaki Lacuesta
Synopsis
Twelve years have passed since we met Isra and Cheíto in Isaki Lacuesta’s La leyenda del tiempo. Isra, now 26, returns to Isla de San Fernando to win back his wife and three daughters. But how will he manage to go straight in a place with the highest unemployment rate in Spain? Their search for redemption, their need to sort out their lives and their longing for reconciliation bring Isra and Cheíto together again. Their reunion offers us a glimpse at life today in La Casería neighbourhood as the brothers try to overcome the shadow cast by their father’s death when they were only boys. A sequel that opens a fresh chapter in the lives of its compelling characters.
