Synopsis

A portrait of a young cross-dresser. In private, he strives struggles to forge his own path by juggling his personal and professional life. In his performances, he tries to break free of cross-dressing norms and create new spaces beyond the LGBTQ+ community.

Bio/Filmo

Madrid-based director Begoña Izquierdo is passionate about documentary and hybrid filmmaking. Her cinéma vérité–inspired portraits capture the moment and take viewers deep inside her characters.
Renata Rezende has a Master's Degree in Documentary Making from ESCAC. After working as production assistant and assistant director for several production companies in Brazil, she made her first documentary, Não estou só.
