Synopsis
Casablanca Beach, Morocco. A teenage couple's desire for each other grows discreetly. Adults and children look on. A fight creates a diversion.
Bio/Filmo
Ilias El Faris (Agadir, 1990) lives in Paris. His first short film, Azayz, shot in Super 8 in Taghazout, won an award at Doclisboa in 2016, Roujoula picked up, among others, the Grand Short Film Prize at the 40th edition of Cinemed, and Aïn Diab (2019) was screened at the Côté Court festival. Shot in 16 mm on Casablanca Beach, Sukar is his last fiction film.
