Synopsis
Like frames from scenes of realist paintings, A sad se spušta veče depicts the bittersweet life of two grannies living an isolated existence in the hills of eastern Bosnia. Nature is the one companion the women communicate with.
Bio/Filmo
Maja Novaković (Srebrenica, 1987) attended a film directing workshop at the Academic Film Centre in Belgrade. She is currently a PhD student in the Department of Art History at the University of Belgrade and also works as a research assistant at the SASA Mathematical Institute in the same city. A sad se spušta veče is her first film.
