8th Mentoring Projects

Mentoring Projects is the event organised by l’Alternativa Professionals to increase production and distribution opportunities for films in progress and to boost the audiovisual industry by making the most of the festival as a platform for raising the visibility of independent filmmaking.

We organise a series of specific activities for the selected projects, focusing on creative potential and the best ways for increasing production and distribution opportunities. These activities include development workshops, training for giving presentations in public, presenting projects to industry representatives and holding previously arranged meetings with producers, sales agents and festival programmers.

Following our call for projects, which attracted 183 submissions, we have selected 20 very different projects at various stages of development, from treatment to postproduction, to take part in one of the aforementioned activities.
